You can save face, but you can never save your soul

Things are strangely off-center around here lately and not for the reasons you'd expect. I'm not going to go into all the details, but just know I find it so completely stupid to a.) spend all of your time with your significant other b.) completely ignore the people you live with and the people you consider your close friends. I've always felt this way, but it's especially strange this time, since we're all supposed to be grown-ups, having adult relationships, and somehow this all seems very 7th grade.

But yes, other things are good. Papers and tests are all complete for the moment, and finals are in two weeks, and I'm going home in 16 days, and Grandaddy and Fire Theft are tomorrow night. And thankfully, February is over and March is here and I'm ready for it to be Spring.

P.S. A big woot to Lord of the Rings. And I want to have Johnny Depp's babies. That is all.
