Rest your eyes and then you'll be in love again

I can't even begin to understand or explain the last week, so I'm not even going to try. Just know that unrequited love + 20 years of sexual frustration + vodka shots is not always equal to your best judgment in the world.

In better news, the quarter is almost over, with only one more day of classes to go. Next week, finals start and after that, I'll be home. One more paper to write, and three exams to take, and thankfully, this quarter will be over. It went by so fast, it's strange to consider how much has happened. How different things have become in just a few weeks. And I don't just mean the weather, although, I have to say I'm loving this 75-degree sunshine. Beach this weekend for sure.

I think I'm definitely better off now than I was this time last quarter. But I don't feel that everything around me is better off. I fixed myself internally, but something went wrong on the outside. Maybe nothing gold can stay, but at least it's almost Spring and everything will be new again.
